Plan for the End of Life of 3CX v18

3CX released version 20 of their phone system (there was no version 19) in early March. From recent emails it’s clear that it’s unlikely that v18 will be extended past the end of 2024, and companies should start planning their migration to v20.

As you might expect, the new version has been a substantial re-write with a lot of changes. The management console has been replaced with the admin console, and some existing features didn’t make the final release. These will be added later in subsequent updates. Some legacy features have also been removed.
